📚 Hadith About Salatul Hajat
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
"Whoever has a need with Allah, or with any human being, then let them perform ritual ablutions (wudu) properly and then pray two rak'ahs. After that, let them praise Allah and send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)." [citation:9]
Abdullah ibn Abi Awfa narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:
"He who makes wudu, and does it properly, then prays two rak'ats, Allah will grant him whatever he may pray for, sooner or later." (Ahmad) [citation:9]
Salman reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
"Your Lord, the Blessed and the Exalted One, is Modest and Generous, and He loathes to turn away His servant empty-handed when he raises his hands to Him in supplication." [citation:10]

Laaa i-la-ha il-lal-la-hul Ha-leemul kareem. Sub-hanallahi rabi-bil `arshil `azeem.
Wal-Hamdu-lil-la-hi rabbil-`Alameen. As'aluka muji-bati rah-ma-tik, wa `a-zaaa 'i-ma mag-fira-tik.
Wal gha-nee-mata min kul-li birr, was-sa-la-mata min kul-li ithm. La ta-da` li dhan-ban il-la gha-far-tah, wala ham-man il-la far-raj-tah.
Wala ha-ja-tam-min ha-wa i-jid-dunya wal-aaa-khi-rah. He-ya laka ri-dan il-la qa-day-taha yaaa ar-ha-mar-ra-he-meen. [citation:9]
نہیں ہے کوئی معبود برحق سوائے اللہ کے، جو بڑا بردبار اور بڑا کریم ہے۔ پاک ہے اللہ جو عرش عظیم کا مالک ہے۔
تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں جو تمام جہانوں کا رب ہے۔
میں تجھ سے وہ چیزیں مانگتا ہوں جو تیری رحمت کو ضروری بناتی ہیں، اور تیری مغفرت کی ضمانت دیتی ہیں۔
اور ہر نیکی سے فائدہ اور ہر گناہ سے بچاؤ عطا فرما۔
اے اللہ! میرا کوئی گناہ نہ چھوڑ مگر تو اسے معاف فرما دے، اور کوئی پریشانی نہ چھوڑ مگر تو اسے دور فرما دے،
اور کوئی ایسی حاجت نہ چھوڑ جو تیری رضا کے مطابق ہو مگر تو اسے پوری فرما دے۔
اے رحم کرنے والوں میں سب سے زیادہ رحم فرمانے والے!
"There is no god but Allah, the Most Forbearing, the Most Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the Mighty Throne. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all the worlds."
"I ask You for the things that bring about Your mercy, and for the things that guarantee Your forgiveness."
"I ask for the gain of every good deed and safety from every sin. Do not leave any sin of mine, except that You forgive it; nor any worry, except that You relieve it."
"Nor any need that is pleasing to You, except that You fulfill it."

اے اللہ! میں تجھ سے سوال کرتا ہوں اور تیرے نبی محمد ﷺ، جو رحمت کے نبی ہیں، کے وسیلے سے تیری طرف متوجہ ہوتا ہوں۔ اے محمد ﷺ! میں آپ کے ذریعے اپنے رب کی طرف اپنی اس حاجت کے لیے متوجہ ہوتا ہوں تاکہ وہ پوری ہو جائے۔ اے اللہ! آپ ﷺ کی شفاعت میرے حق میں قبول فرما۔
"O Allah, I ask You and turn to You through Your Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the Prophet of mercy. O Muhammad (peace be upon him), I turn through you to my Lord regarding this need of mine so that it may be fulfilled. O Allah, accept his intercession on my behalf."
When to Recite
This dua is commonly recited after performing two voluntary (nafl) prayers and then asking Allah for the fulfillment of a lawful need or difficulty. It is reported in the collections of Imam Tirmidhi and Imam Ibn Majah.
